Challenge

Dr. Glenville required a secure and comprehensive backup of her historical data from Universal Analytics (UA) spanning from 2006 to 2023.   • Date Range: The backup covered data from 2006 to 2023, ensuring a complete historical record.
  • Marketing Attribution: Attention was given to marketing attribution, ensuring that data from the Default Channel Group, Source, Medium, Referrer, and Campaign were preserved.
  • Tech: We captured detailed audience behavior data, segregating it by mobile and desktop users. Additionally, we backed up critical tech details, including Device Category, Browser, Operating System, and Screen Resolution.
  • Audience Behavior: To keep an eye on audience behaviour, we included metrics Page Views, Unique Page Views, Avg. Time on Page, Bounce Rate, % Exit, Goal Conversion Rate. The data for each day is present which will help to analyse hourly, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Page Data: Top landing pages, exit pages, and entrance pages were recorded with daily granularity, offering a detailed view of user interaction. The metrics were: Users, New Users, Sessions, Bounce Rate, Pages/Session, Avg.Session Duration
  • File Format: The backup was delivered in Excel format, with a total file size of 91.4 MB. This format allows for ongoing analysis and reporting.
