Their patients are given the ability to contact their physician at any time and schedule same-day appointments, making healthcare both accessible and compassionate.

Challenge

The client required a secure and comprehensive backup of them historical data from Universal Analytics (UA) spanning from 2006 to 2023. The challenge was to ensure that all crucial metrics and dimensions were accurately preserved in a format that would allow for continued analysis and insights into them audience’s behavior and marketing performance.

Solution

To meet NHP’s requirements, we performed a meticulous backup of them UA data, covering a wide range of metrics and dimensions:

  • Date Range: The backup covered data from 2006 to 2023, ensuring a complete historical record.
  • Marketing Attribution: Attention was given to marketing attribution, ensuring that data from the Default Channel Group, Source, Medium, Referrer, and Campaign were preserved.
  • Tech: We captured detailed audience behavior data, segregating it by mobile and desktop users. Additionally, we backed up critical tech details, including Device Category, Browser, Operating System, and Screen Resolution.
  • Audience Behavior: To keep an eye on audience behaviour, we included metrics Page Views, Unique Page Views, Avg. Time on Page, Bounce Rate, % Exit, Goal Conversion Rate. The data for each day is present which will help to analyse hourly, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Page Data: Top landing pages, exit pages, and entrance pages were recorded with daily granularity, offering a detailed view of user interaction. The metrics were: Users, New Users, Sessions, Bounce Rate, Pages/Session, Avg.Session Duration
  • File Format: The backup was delivered in Excel format, with a total file size of 769 MB. This format allows for ongoing analysis and reporting.

Results

The comprehensive data backup provided for NHP with a reliable and accessible resource to continue analyzing them historical data, ensuring no insights were lost during the transition away from Universal Analytics. The Excel file format facilitated easy analysis, allowing them to extract valuable insights from years of accumulated data.
