Dr. Marilyn Glenville, a leading UK nutritionist with over 30 years in nutritional medicine and 13 internationally bestselling books, needed her long Universal Analytics history preserved before UA was retired. Dr. Glenville needed a secure, complete backup of her Universal Analytics history spanning 2006 to 2023. The goal was to preserve every important metric and dimension in a usable format so her team could keep analyzing audience behavior and marketing performance after Universal Analytics was retired.

5. eRecorded top landing, exit, and entrance pages at daily granularity with Users, New Users, Sessions, Bounce Rate, Pages/Session, and Avg. Session Duration
6. fDelivered the backup in Excel format with daily-level data to support hourly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis

Seventeen-plus years of Universal Analytics history, spanning 2006 to 2023, was exported and preserved before the UA shutdown. The backup arrived as a 91.4 MB Excel file with daily granularity, keeping attribution, audience, and engagement metrics accessible for ongoing analysis.
